How Do I Reset My Password

You can reset your password from the Crytivo.com home page.

• Click 'Sign In' in the upper right corner
• Click 'Forgot Password'

If you have an email registered on our system, you should receive a password reset email within 5 minutes or less. (Usually nearly instantaneously)

If you do not receive an email, then please follow these steps.

• Ensure you are trying to recover your password using the original email address used to purchase the game
  (Please note that nearly all failed recoveries are due to NOT using the original email address from purchases made through TheUniversim.com or from Kickstarter)
• Check your Spam/Junk folder
  (Nearly all of the issues of not getting a reset email is due to email providers blocking emails, we cannot resolve these issues)
